About

Thirty years of approving the budgets I now audit.

I'm Esad Kajosevic. I ran operations in automotive and healthcare for three decades — signing the marketing invoices, sitting through the agency presentations, never once shown what the money actually bought. ADT Consulting is what I built when I stopped accepting that.

The record

An operator's résumé, not a marketer's.

  • 30 yrs

Operations, digital transformation, strategic business development — automotive and healthcare, with engagements in aerospace. P&L responsibility, budget authority, the marketing line crossing my desk every month.

  • MBA

UC Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business — entrepreneurship, innovation, digital transformation immersions.

  • BS

Accounting, Rutgers University — the degree that won't let an unverifiable report through.

  • Today

ADT Consulting LLC, Irvine, CA — serving clients nationally.

The story

I asked one question. Nobody could answer it.

I spent 30 years approving marketing budgets I couldn't verify. Real businesses — inventory, payroll, service bays, patient schedules. Every month, the marketing line came across my desk, and every month I signed it. Five figures, sometimes more. And every month the agency sent back a report: impressions, reach, engagement, click-through rates. Beautiful charts. Not one of them told me whether that money sold a car or booked a patient.

Here's my problem. I'm an accountant before I'm anything else — Rutgers, long before the MBA. In accounting, every dollar goes somewhere, and you can prove where. If a parts invoice came in and nobody could tell me what we bought, that invoice didn't get paid. But marketing got a pass. "It's brand awareness." "Attribution is complicated." "Trust the funnel." I trusted it for years, because everyone did, and because I had a business to run.

The thing that finally broke me was simple. I asked an agency one question: "Of last month's spend, how much produced a sale I can point to?" They couldn't answer. Not wouldn't — couldn't. The data existed. Nobody had wired it together, because nobody who reviewed the report had ever sat in my chair.

So I learned to wire it myself. Geo-fencing, programmatic, CRM integration, attribution modeling — not as marketing tools, but as accounting tools. Instruments that tie a dollar out to a dollar in. That's what ADT Consulting is. I'm not a creative guy. I won't redesign your logo. I do one thing: I show you exactly what your ad spend bought you last month, in numbers you can take to your accountant. Because for 30 years, I was the one signing those invoices — and nobody ever showed me.

Straight answers

The questions I get asked first.

  • How are you different from an agency? An agency spends your money and then grades its own homework. I build the measurement layer that tells you what the spend produced. Either way, you finally know.
  • Do you replace my agency? Usually not. If they're producing, my numbers will prove it and you should keep them. The good ones like having a referee.
  • What's in the free audit? Three months of ad invoices, 30 minutes, a line-by-line read: what verifiably produced revenue, what didn't, what it would take to fix. You keep the read either way.
  • How fast is the first report? The audit read comes back in days. The first full attribution report lands after one complete month of clean data — I don't hand you reports built on partial data.
  • Why the New Jersey number? Thirty years back East will do that. It's (848) 248‑7715, answered live 24/7, and I serve clients nationally. I'd rather you ask than wonder.
  • I already get agency reports. Why you? Pull up last month's and answer one question: how many cars or patients did that spend produce? If it answers in a number, you don't need me. If it answers in impressions, you do.

The offer

Send me three months of ad invoices. I'll tell you what they bought.

Thirty minutes, no charge. If the money's working, I'll tell you that too.
